The company is registered as a limited liability company with a combined Authorised, Issued and Fully Paid up Ordinary shares of 50 million in NGN1.00 denominations. Fully owned by Nigerians that have distinguished themselves, the group operates from its office in Utako District, Abuja, Victoria Island, Lagos as well as Nigerian Port Authority, Koko Port Complex at Koko, Delta State.
