Shimon Cohen Director – International Business Development

Mr. Cohen is our Director of International Business Development, expanding Almoner’s presence in the International Markets both as a BLCO supplier and Refined Petroleum products importer to Africa With his presence in Reno, Navada - USA, Shimon began his career in Electronics while serving in the IDF.

In the 1980’s Shimon served in a variety of Sales, Marketing and Business Development positions. In 2002 he established Zicon, LLC, were he held the position of VP of Business Development responsible for the company’s business development and marketing strategy, negotiations and growth.

His strength and achievements brought to the company revenues in excess of $36 Million U.S Dollars over the 5 years. Shimon then entered into the Outsourcing, working with medical and military clients acting on their behalf to ensure best manufacturing practices.

In 2010 Shimon transitioned into oil and gas sector, representing European and Middle Eastern clients as a Company representative, offering and promoting company services in the International markets.

With his wealth of experience, Mr. Shimon Cohen has our mandate representation and is fully authorized to engage in discussion(s), negotiate, intermediate and facilitate with any suitable bodies as our legal representative.
